Quilting is not as 'big' in most of Europe as it is in the US, so fewer shows (and smaller audience, lol). There is a link to the French Patchwork Europe website

very small.
Also, there a couple of board members from the armed forces currently posted to Germany who may be able to help with Germany. You can find them by doing a Member Search by 'Location'.
