I cut the strip size a bit larger than the Thangles instructions suggest. I lay the Thangle down and make a mark on each end of the diagonal cutting line and the separating cut line. I then draw the lines and then sew the 1/4" seams. Then I cut the cutting lines. No paper to waste and the Thangle can be reused again. Usually I only do scrappy things with Thangles. I use to use coupons at the Tall Mouse craft stores but they went out of business a few years ago.
