For HST's 2-1/2 " finished and smaller, I print these papers:

The paper I like best is the manilla paper drawing tablet available at the dollar store. I'll cut the whole tablet down to fit my printer so the paper is read to go when needed.
For larger HST's, I use the 2 square, diagonal line method.
