I have some quilting buddies that use their whole house swamp coolers running here until monsoon season. No one has reported any problems. I like visiting one friend's home because it is much more comfortable than my place with air conditioning and it costs her much less to cool her home, which is much larger than mine!
I don't expect you'll have any undue machine problems.
