Jan such a cute cottage and no neighbors top bottom or sideways you can sew anytime you want I have a row home altho I'm quiet and my neighbors are pretty much quiet you can still hear them so I make a point to not sew after 9pm only because my machines and cutting table are push up against the walls and noise carries
