At some point you have to think of yourself. I cut corners all the time to manage our money but when I went to get a new machine I bought what I wanted. Not the most expensive but one step up from what I thought I would get. I don't regret it at all. I buy a lot of my quilting fabric from less expensive places so I figure this is my splurge.
