Well I managed to get £100 off so I'm pretty pleased with that! My haggling technique was to ask him why they are so much cheaper in America! He said they've considered buying their stock in from America because of the huge difference, but the machines are a different spec.
He gave me the £100 off as a trade in, even though we didn't trade our cheapy machine in. He said they have lots of old machines to be thrown away and he would assign one of those as our trade in!
I'm really pleased with it, it's still in the box atm but I shall be getting to know it today! It's a monster size compared to the other one we have!
