Red Bird Quilt step one
I saw a wall hanging online and decided to blow it up to throw size for DD who lives on Red Bird Court! This is step one. It is a great feeling to be creating something again - to want to sew - after 7 months of illness. Will post steps as they are done. The 'branches' and 'bird' are just pinned down in this photo. I have since fused them. Plan to do a tiny machine blanket stitch over all the raw edges.
