One of the best, if not the best, (by this I mean fantastic service and support) and most reasonable prices to be found in New England is at Bittersweet Fabric Shop in NH. The owner is Dave. I don't know what the costs associated with buying and then importing would be or if you can just take a trip "down" and save money. I travel 2 hours to buy from him.
