I would cut on the blue background fabric across the fabric width. Each of the 6 sections would have 2 of the squares on them. Match up the corners on all 6 sections and put in lots of flat flower pins to prepare for cutting the 60* triangles. The best video on OBW tutorial in my opinion is from
