meanmom .... on my low carb days these are my choices: smoothies, yogurt and fruit, almond butter or peanut butter mixed with nuts on apple slices. I found a recipe for low carb oatmeal (chia seeds, flax seeds and shredded cocunt) but have not tried it yet. Are you allowed gluten-free meals on your low carb days?
I've started walking each day, working up to a mile. But when knees hurt it gets hard some days. Going around the block with my dog helps but it's not enough to do the trick.
