Sorry everyone has so much stress. I really don't. I sometimes eat out of anger which might be kind of the same as stress. I am having a good day. I babysat and she was good. Went to WW - was down 2 lbs but was closer to 4 since I was up last week and didn't weigh in. I just plugged in my activity monitor (thinking I hadn't done much today) and I was at 98% and already have 3 activity points. I will get up and jog in place for a bit to get that last 2%. I am still trying to get up and move every hour if I am not being active. Next week I will be at a quilt retreat M-W. Haven't even started getting ready for that.
