Yes my mother, also a quilter, says not to be surprised if i find less and less time for awhile. It can be frustrating to not be able to enjoy my hobby but my kiddos are worth it
and i know soon enough i'll be missing these years and hearing my son remind me he's a door bell (adorable) and my sweet Adelaide is starting to jibber jabber and smile so much...i stick to much smaller projects for now and since i love handwork i don't have to spend a lot of time setting up/cleaning off my table. Maybe i'll even get the other 7 baby quilts i need to do all done by the end of the year too!! Here's hoping lol!
