I need a base for my Singer 404
I'm guessing the machine was always in a cabinet.
Does anyone know a source for a base?

I was just looking machines on ebay, there are some that are smooth around the bottom
and some like mine. Now I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Is that smooth part something that is detachable, it sure doesn't look like the base of any portable I have.
