I have made several of these and you don't really need a pattern unless you want it to look like hers. All you do is buy a Styrofoam cone shape and cut small squares and use applique pins to pin it to the Styrofoam. I think the squares are 2 or 2 1/2". If you have ever made the potholders or hot mats or the hanging "pinecones" it's the same application. Google for free directions and you can see how easy it is.
