You just gave me the biggest smile…thank you. The dress is beautiful and so is Sara, you are all so blessed to have them in the family now and you will have so much fun making her more dresses. I also learned to smock about 30 years ago and made so many dresses and bonnetts for my niece. My sister kept every one of them and has them displayed in a china cabinet in her living/dining room. She says she still enjoys looking at them every day . My niece is now 33 years old and she still appreciates all of her precious little dresses and bonnets. They have one grandson and one more grandson on the way, so we are hoping for a little grand daughter some day. I wonder if I could relearn how to smock after all these years? Thanks for sharing your beautiful Sara and her beautiful dress.
