I would let the place you ordered from know of their poor quality and how disappointed you are in their merchandise and that you are letting your friends know of it. They need to be made aware of what they are selling. I'm sure they probably are aware of it, but need to be made aware that you are hitting where it hurts the most, their pocketbook by letting others know of this.
