Citrus: Yes, each shop designs it's own row pattern. They usually have a kit or pattern available. You need to visit several shops to get different rows. It's like a shop hop, instead of a block pattern, you get a row pattern. The store should also have license plate (printed on fabric) with a different saying. I also heard via my LQS, the 1st person who brings in their completed row quilt will get a prize from the store, but only the 1st person. It looks like a fun thing to do. I plan on at lease visiting stores near my area. I figure 6-8 stores in the next few months. When I will complete the project is another story, but it seems like a fun thing to do and visit different shops.
