Completely jealous of your lovely gardens! We have inherited a run down, overgrown weed infested garden from my partners late father. Its one of those things where you look in one direction and think "hey, we're doing ok" and then you turn and look the other way and your heart sinks lol
I tried growing things from seed and it was either too cold or we didnt water enough or we over watered, none of them came up. Its now warm enough to plant the seeds outside, so we have borage and sweet peas growing but the slugs love them so I think beer traps are in order! All I'm asking for is a nice cottage type garden with the bees buzzing about and the birds chirping away ... not gonna happen this year at least
