I just bought a Tiara, and I bought a ruler made especially for it. The ruler is about 12" long and it has a open grove down the middle that just fits the hopping foot perfectly. It's made for SITD and other straight lines. It was about $25. I'm sorry I don't remember the manufacturer, but maybe you could google Tiara accessories.
