One of the most popular things at our football games in the concession stand is Frito (corn chips) Pie. You put chili con carne over corn chips and top with chopped onions and shredded cheese. Delicious. I keep chili made all winter and anyone can go in and just make a Frito Pie any time of day for a snack or a meal. Great...if you like chili.
