I have ordered from them for years and have never had a problem. Today, I got out Kona Cotten that I had ordered from them to make a quilt backing. There was a label saying it was the end of the bolt. I was given almost 1/2 yard of extra fabric. Also, unless on back order, the fabrics arrive quickly.
