ccthomas liisted some reasons. I can relate, I learned to use a knitting machine at our dealer's, saved my money, made payments. When the machine arrived a number of those life events occurred. I kept thinking that someday, I would get to use it. Twenty years later it is still in original packaging and I am trying to sell it. Dealer is gone, so that is not an option.
