New sewing room!

My hubbie has hired a contractor to build me a sewing room in his heated shop. The space he's willing to give up is 12'X20'. I have an HQ 16 on a 12' pro-frame. (Yeah I know...if the room was just a couple feet wider...but I'm happy to get the space I'm getting).
Any suggestions on how to set this space up? There are two windows on one side and outlets every 4' feet. The door will be on the end.
