I did a jeans quilt a few years ago, and I added fabric squares. My nephew was really into Nascar, and I found fabric with cars, drivers signatures, and other racing items. I added a few of these to personalize the quilt with something he was really into. Also a flannel back is nice for a jeans quilt.
