After awhile, you won't remember what was "wrong" with your quilt...maybe. My quilts are never finished as the pattern says (except for the Eleanor Burns' ones), as somehow I always flub something or the pattern isn't right or whatever. But after the quilt has it's 'design elements' added, it looks okay. Hope you find your own 'design element
