I wouldn't want it. Mostly because I like to have proof that it is going to run well and serve me for a long time. Could you have it checked out by a person who deals with that sort of machine? I always think "you get what you pay for." Or, cheap is still cheap, but then I could be wrong.
Thought $500. was a lot to pay for my Featherweight, but it had been serviced and checked out by an expert. It has never given me one minutes worth of trouble, and has sewn millions of miles
