I have a question to ask about a Singer Futura CE100 Embroidery machine. I need to know how to get a design off my screen so I can try to do another one.
I have this machine because this past May, my sister passed away and she wanted me to have the machine and I am just now trying to figure out how to run it. The machine is brand new. She never got to use it. I just didn't have the heart to do anything with it until now. I have uninstalled the softwear and reinstalled it and it still didn't take the design out and I can't embroider anymore on it until the first design is gone. I have even gone in a deleted the designs that I had saved.
I am not very good at explaining this but I did read on the internet that this machine is not a good one to have but it was given to me so I am just trying it. Can anyone help me.
