Thank you so much for your Tex-Mex Casserole recipe. I served it at a barbecue we had and everyone loved it. The only thing I did different was I used corn chips. I was a prize winner for sure. I love this site, not just because of all the quilting but for the great recipes. I also go a pumpkin cheese cake recipe off of here last year and everyone loved that also.
