I have gone to the store a few times and had good results. I was not there to buy a machine. My friend wanted to look at a few and was continually directed to the machines way beyond her means. When she said she would have to go to another store then they were willing to discuss the more reasonably priced.

I do believe in buying local - they have to look you in the eye if there is a problem.
