You might want to get Ebony Love's book - The big little book of fabric die cutting tips. It compares the accuquilt go, sizzix big shot, sizzix big shot pro, accuquilt studio. It also has good tips and hints for die cutting fabric.
I can confirm that it is easier to crank than the accuquilt go. I have had both and the big shot pro wins, hands down. My husband helped me build a custom rolling stand for my BSP.
