Thank you so much. For one thing it will not make the decorative stitches correctly, the lights are both out, and some time it will go backwards. The machine is 1230 and has really been a great one. Houston, Texas and his phone number. He said he has been attended services for 17 1/2 years. Is this one you were talking about. He also has a 1 day evergency service and hopefully I can get that and he can at least let me know about the machine. It is about a 2 hour drive from here,but that is o.k.
