Very true about Nutri System. I think that you can do just as well by having a small bowl of cereal in the morning, a Healthy Choice meal at lunch and dinner, each accompanied by a salad or fruit. Snack on fresh, uncooked veggies like snap peas, carrots, etc.

Now if only I could follow my own advice!
