Actually, I've been following her for about a year and this vitamix is new to the site although I know she uses a Vitamix blender and she probably has sponsors. That said, I've never seen a single recipe that has any "diet aids" in it. Her approach is very sound - eat healthy food, control your portions, and exercise.
