Default Friendship Star done in scrappy Blue and White hand pieced

Five years ago DH and I camped in a trailer in our front yard while renovating our house. I cut up my various blue fabrics and used a white muslin solid for the stars. I did use a pattern and I apologize now for having no clue who the author is. I pieced each small block by hand and my piecing is terrible. I would like to say I have improved but honestly have not pieced anything like this quilt again. It goes together in strips across the width and when I got them all done, I took a 5 year break. I found out that the HST were in the wrong place and had to redo most of them. Have no idea what the original border is supposed to be, but this looks OK to me. I finally decided to clean my quilting room and here they were still hanging in the closet, just waiting for me. I had to buy the border fabric as nothing I had was the right color. I will sit down and look at this quilt trying to find the pattern again (which was simple) so I can make it again. I am a sucker for blue and white anything. Hope you all enjoy and all I can tell you is that the squares are 2.5 inches finished. This makes a very large lap quilt with all the borders.
