Welcome back from the beautiful mountains of western NC. Life does get in the way at times. In the past year, I have had both hip joints replaced and rotator cuff surgery. Everything went great with both hips, but I've experienced much more pain with one shoulder than with both hips combined. Needless to say, my quilting has been on hold for awhile!
