Every project is not intended to be an heirloom...at least, not in my world...and I've found some really great fabric that couldn't find its way to an lqs with a map...LOL. I've also seen some fabric in an lqs that I'd never buy. I'm drawn to a fabric's color/print but I buy fabric that has a great feel/hand. There seems to be no advantage to being a fabric snob.
