Knitette, I'm so glad that you posted this picture of your quilt. I am in the process of gathering fabrics for my Mindcraft quilt for my DGS. Your's is wonderful - you did a fantastic job. I wonder if it would work to use the Watercolor Fusible Grid to sew the squares. I don't want to lose my mind or life as you suggested could be a result
. Sewing squares together really isn't as easy as it looks to get all those seams perfect. I believe that the fusible grid only comes in size 2 inches (or smaller), so my blocks would end up being only 12 inches vs. 16 inches. If anyone has experience with that product, I'd be interested in hearing their review.
