Knitette, I'm so glad that you posted this picture of your quilt. I wonder if it would work to use the Watercolor Fusible Grid to sew the squares. Sewing squares together really isn't as easy as it looks to get all those seams perfect.
Tell me about it, lol! I've no idea if the fusible would work - perhaps someone else can help. The key, I would say, is organisation. As you can see from the photos below, I firstly sorted on my design wall, took them off in order and numbered the piles to be sewn with beads from a craft store.
