Mayonnaise Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup milk
6 tablespoons mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, milk, and mayonnaise until just blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

Mayonnaise Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:

* 2 cups self-rising flour
* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
* 1 cup whole milk
* 1 tablespoon sugar, optional

PREPARATION:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl; stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Drop in greased muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen medium biscuits.
You can also make these in a greased 8-inch baking dish; cut while hot and serve with butter!


MAYONNAISE BISCUITS
Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sweet milk
2 TBLsps. mayonnaise

Mix together and drop by tablespoonfuls o a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Yields 10 to 12 biscuits.

Mayonnaise Biscuits

1 c. self rising flour
3 tablespoons mayo
1/2 c. milk

Mix everything together and put in a muffin tin, half way up to the top. Bake them at 400 degrees until they are golden brown on the top.
