It is a clone of the Singer 15's, made in Japan and badged tons of different names. Some times a store name, sometimes just any old name that might make a person buy a machine.
I have one the same color as yours, badged Kaiser.
I think they date to the 50-60's, value pretty minimal. But for finding in your attic, priceless
