I thought this was not just the edge of nowhere, but I thought it WAS nowhere when we first came down here. The area has grown since then until there wouldn't be an acre of land vacant between here and San Antonio if it were not for a few acres that the government bought at the end of the runway at Randolph AF Base and cleared all the houses off for safety. Our oldest was just 2 when we arrived here and our daughter was born here. She says she stays lonesome for Texas and hungry for good TexMex food.
