because of this staining pattern, i have decided that these were loaded in the 10-2 position (or some variant around there)

The longest one "seems" to match up with one of the remains bits, and measured 25" (24 15/16" actually)
I am going to record every bit of data I can photographically before I remove the old straps and separately bag and tag em.
then I will clean the screws and copper washers, then put on the new straps. HOPEFULLY that will let me see which one goes where. (Still researching and asking experts)
