What fantastic patchwork! I've never started a BOM because I just know that I won't keep up. I've still got all the patterns and materials from the shop hops I've been on over the years. I don't even include these in my UFO list. I love the classic choice of blue, white and yellow, but your choice of a pale yellow is really inspired.
