Tuesday Tips.......

I found out this year that you can re-grow celery. Just leave about 2 inches on the bottom of your celery stalk. Put it in small amount of water for 3 days. Then plant it in the garden or a pot, cover the entire (old part) of the celery with dirt. That's it. It will grow right up the center.
You can do the same with lettuce.

I have done both celery and lettuce. It takes awhile for the celery but the lettuce is pretty quick. I just leave the lettuce in the pot and cut the leaves as I need them.
