I've seen several throw pillows made out of the front of the tux, just like a square had been cut out of it, and then the cuff areas added on. I know I'm not explaining well, but they were knockout.
I've made pillows out of a couple of western shirts I made for DH after his belly outgrew them. So easy to make. And he still has the memory of them everyday.
