I am new to quilting and the few things that I have made have been pretty simple. But I love looking at the various blocks that people make and I had a look round the internet to find something that I like the look of. I found a scrap jar tutorial and thought "how hard can it be?". Well yeah, I found out how hard it can be
My cutting for some reason is totally off which lead to some HSTs being completely wonky and some of the smaller squares being slightly more rectangular than square. But overall i'm happy with what I managed to make. And we all know that practice makes perfect

Edit: I've just noticed that the piecing on the outer corners is wrong too. Oh well, just as well its not going into a quilt!
