The part that confuses me is the 3.5" diameter/ 1.75", Does the 1.75" refer to the radius of the circle (because with a 3.5 diameter the radius would be 1.75)? What does the / signify? Usually this is used to mean divide when math is involved but I don't think she means 3.5" divided by 1.75" Can someone clarify this please or am I the only one confused?
The rest of it I understand and it is a clever way to do circles.
