a couple of tips that I learned long ago (before digitials)
1) hold you breath ~ just before/as you 'click'
2) If possible bring your elbows into your ribs/sides, you will be making your own tripod with your body.
I have found that these two tips keep me from having those fuzzy pictures (most of the time)
