I buy Soyaki or Island Soyaki from Trader Joe's and it makes a full meal. I saute the veggies in a wok or teflon frying pan and add a little Soyaki or Island (different but delicious tasting) sauce to it and let it simmer. Makes a full meal - served with a good rustic bread. I also add fresh mushrooms, green/red/or yellow strips of pepper. I parboil little reds and then quarter them and plop them in the pan, Brussels sprouts is good as is asparagus. I don't add meat to it because this is a filling meal in and of itself and I can save the meat for another night. I am alone now and I can make a batch of these veggies last for four meals and with the Soyaki sauce it gets better every time I heat it up. The Island Soyaki has pineapple flavor in it and is delicious with the veggies.

Now you are making me hungry. Edie
